Deposit : A Deposit of $200 per person (non refundable) is required at
the time of Booking and balance in 45 days prior to departure
Amendments : An amendment fee of $30 per amendment is charged once the arrangements
are made
Alterations to the Service : Itineraries, Hotels, Flight Schedule, airfares
and other components that make up the tour are subject to change without notice
and will be effected to the best interest of all.
Cancellation fee : Cancellation of booking upto 30 days from date of departure
$200. Cancellation received prior to departure but less than 30 days $ 400.
Cancellation of the tour after travel commences 100% tour cost.
Unused Services : No refunds are possible on any portion of the tour not
utilized once travel commenced.
Travel Documents : All clients are themselves responsible for ensuring that
passport, visa, vaccinations and other neccassry documents are in order. All
nationalities need visa for India. Foreign nationals of Australia, need a re-entry
visa for australia which may be obtained before departure. Full information
may please be obtained from your travel agent.
Airlines : Qantas, Airindia, Singapore Airlines, Tahi Airways, Malaysian
Airlines , Sri Lanka airlines etc. do not by virtue of their mention in this
website represent themselves either as contracting with any purchaser of Holidays
from Ram World Travel or as having other legal relationship with any such purchaser.
Insurance : Travel Insurance is strongly Recommended.
Responsibilities : Ram World Travel and its associated agents act only
in the capacity of agents in all forms of transportation and tour operation
and as such agents, assume no liability for injuries, damages, losses and accidents
incurred or changes in the itinerary beyond the agents, control. Airlines concerned
are not responsible for any acts, Omissions or events while passengers are not
aboard their aircraft or conveyance.
